The double spiral ore washer is a high-efficiency medium and large-sized coarse and medium-grain mineral washing and classifying equipment based on the principles of gravity sedimentation and hydraulic classification. It adopts a core design of double spiral symmetric layout + high weir type trough. Through the synchronous reverse rotation of two spiral blades, it drives the materials to fully tumble and scrub, and completes multiple operations of desliming, classification, washing and dehydration synchronously. It is divided into four specifications: industrial small, industrial medium, industrial large and mobile. The equipment has the advantages of firm structure, high efficiency of double shaft synchronization, wear resistance and energy saving, intelligent control, strong adaptability, accurate classification, safety and environmental protection.
