The Piston Jig is a high-efficiency ore dressing equipment based on the gravity separation principle, which takes the vertical pulsating water flow generated by the piston’s reciprocating motion as the core power. It drives the piston to move up and down through the eccentric connecting rod mechanism to form an alternating medium flow, which loosens the ore particle group and realizes layered separation according to the density difference. It is divided into laboratory small type, industrial small and medium type and large multi-chamber type, covering two structures: side-driven type and bottom-driven type. The equipment has the advantages of firm structure, stable operation, wear resistance and energy saving, intelligent control, strong adaptability, accurate separation, safety and environmental protection. It adopts sawtooth pulsation curve and conical slide valve design, with high separation efficiency and recovery rate.
