Product Overview
Jig separator is an efficient ore dressing equipment based on the principle of gravity separation, with pulsating water flow (hydraulic/pneumatic-hydraulic coordination) as the core power, covering mainstream types such as air pulsation, diaphragm and sawtooth wave. It is divided into full-scale models including lab small, industrial small and medium, large multi-chamber and movable types. The core of the equipment is to loosen the ore particle group through pulsating water flow and realize layered separation according to density differences. It has the advantages of solid structure, stable operation, wear resistance and energy saving, intelligent control, strong adaptability, accurate separation, safety and environmental protection. It can process 0.02-30mm coarse, medium and fine minerals with a separation recovery rate of up to 90%-93%, especially good at purification of fine and micro-fine grain minerals. It is easy to operate, with low maintenance cost, convenient transportation and installation. It can not only complete the separation operation independently, but also form a complete ore dressing production line with crushing and grinding equipment.
