Knelson Centrifugal Concentrator – High Efficiency Gold Ore Dressing Equipment
The Knelson Centrifugal Concentrator is an enhanced gravity beneficiation equipment based on centrifugal principle, with a centrifugal force 50-150 times the gravity.
It features high enrichment ratio and high recovery rate, with the recovery rate of fine gold over 90% and sand gold recovery rate up to more than 99%.
It is suitable for separation and purification of gold, tungsten, tin and other heavy minerals, and can handle sand gold, vein gold, tailings and other materials.
The Knelson Centrifugal Concentrator is an enhanced gravity beneficiation equipment based on the centrifugal principle. It generates a strong centrifugal force field (up to more than 60 times the gravitational acceleration) through high-speed rotation, making heavy mineral particles (such as gold, platinum, etc.) in the pulp overcome the resistance of water to settle and enrich, while light minerals are carried away by water flow, thus achieving efficient separation.
The equipment mainly has two types: intermittent ore discharge and fully automatic continuous ore discharge. Its core advantages are high enrichment ratio and high recovery rate (the sand gold recovery rate can reach more than 99%), especially good at recovering fine-grained precious metals, without the need for chemical reagents, and environmentally friendly. It is widely used in the beneficiation of gold, silver, tin, tungsten and other heavy minerals, and is one of the key equipment for modern concentrators to improve resource recovery rate.
