High Weir Type Spiral Ore Washer – Efficient Mineral Washing & Classification Equipment
It is an efficient coarse and medium-grain mineral washing and classifying equipment based on gravity sedimentation and hydraulic classification principles.
Integrates desliming, classification and cleaning operations, with high classification accuracy and low material loss.
Suitable for various clay-bearing minerals, applicable to mining, metallurgy, building materials and environmental protection industries.
The high weir type ore washer is an efficient coarse and medium-grain mineral washing and classifying equipment based on the principles of gravity sedimentation and hydraulic classification. It adopts a core high weir type trough design, and drives the material to tumble and scrub through the rotation of single/double spiral blades to realize the separation of coarse and medium-grain minerals from sediment and fine mud, and complete desliming, classification and cleaning operations synchronously. It is divided into four specifications: lab small, industrial small, industrial medium and industrial large. The equipment has the advantages of sturdy structure, stable operation, wear resistance, energy saving, intelligent controllability, strong adaptability, accurate classification, safety and environmental protection. Different from the submerged ore washer, it focuses on the classification of coarse and medium-grain minerals with high classification accuracy and low material loss. It can process a variety of coarse and medium-grain clay-bearing minerals and adapt to the mineral processing operation needs of different scales. It is easy to operate and has low maintenance cost. It can not only complete the ore washing and classification operation independently, but also form a complete mineral processing production line with crushing, grinding and sorting equipment, especially suitable for closed-circuit circulation with ball mills. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, environmental protection and other industries. It is the core preferred equipment for washing and classifying coarse and medium-grain minerals, which can effectively improve the efficiency of subsequent operations and the grade of finished products, reduce resource waste and lower the comprehensive operation cost.
