Product Overview
The single-layer sand and gravel dewatering screen is a high-frequency vibrating screen specially designed for sand and gravel dewatering. It is equipped with a cloth roller shaft on the top to realize uniform feeding, matched with a red polyurethane wear-resistant screen surface and a side-mounted exciter, focusing on the dewatering and dry discharge of high water content materials such as washed sand, fine sand and tailings. The equipment runs stably with high dewatering efficiency, suitable for sand and gravel plants, mineral processing plants and other scenarios. It can reduce the water content of sand and gravel to 8%-12%, and has the advantages of wear resistance, anti-blocking, low consumption and energy saving.
