The mobile vibrating chute is a gravity separation industrial equipment with flexible transfer and no fixed installation. It adopts the combined design of mobile chassis and vibrating bed surface. Driven by a motor (diesel power optional) to drive the transmission structure, it drives the bed surface to vibrate continuously and stably. Cooperating with the chute grid design, it generates stable eddy current to realize the accurate separation and enrichment of fine and micro-grained heavy minerals (such as capillary gold, fine iron ore) from gangue and sediment. The equipment has the advantages of convenient movement, high separation efficiency, wear resistance, energy saving, anti-silting, anti-blocking, intelligent control and strong adaptability. It can quickly switch operation sites and adapt to outdoor scattered ore spots, temporary mineral processing and other scenarios without fixed site construction.
